About Lisa
My name is Lisa Madaschi
I'm passionate about helping professionals and emerging leaders gain clarity, build confidence, and take control of their careers.
With a combination of corporate expertise and coaching strategies, I guide individuals through the challenges of career advancement, leadership development, and workplace influence.

Career success goes beyond just doing great work—it requires strategic positioning, a strong professional presence, and meaningful relationships. By understanding their strengths and removing barriers, professionals can navigate transitions, earn promotions, and create lasting impact in their organizations.

Growth happens when you take action, not when you wait for the right moment. With the right support and mindset, your next career step is within reach.

Organizations I've Work With

I grew up in a small town in Italy, but my journey has taken me across the world—from Milan to Boston to São Paulo. Each place has shaped who I am today.
One of my proudest accomplishments is hiking to Mount Everest Base Camp. That experience reinforced my belief that anything is possible with hard work, resilience, and determination—a mindset I bring to my coaching and professional life.

Today, I call St. Joseph, Michigan, home, where I’m grateful for my wonderful husband, our playful dog, and the simple joy of running.

With a background in Marketing and Communication, I worked with global brands to craft powerful narratives—first in a leading PR agency and later in a multinational corporation, where I led brand and marketing initiatives on an international scale. This corporate experience gives me a deep understanding of my clients' professional challenges, allowing me to provide practical, results-driven coaching that speaks their language.

As a certified coach and marketing strategist, I helped professionals elevate their leadership, advance their careers, and build stand-out, distinctive personal brands. I also serve as Marketing Director for ICF Michigan and the ICF Midwest Coaches Conference and as a Board Member for the Michigan Chapter of ICF, where I support the growth of the coaching profession.

Outside of coaching and marketing, I’m passionate about traveling, cooking, and reading fantasy and history books. I also thrive on sports, especially hiking, skiing, and boxing, which keeps me feeling strong—both mentally and physically.

Wherever life has taken me, one thing has remained constant: my drive to help others grow, lead, and succeed.
